Custom 3D Printing Pricing

The first step in determining an accurate price is gathering raw 3D printing data, including the required material in grams and total print time. We adjust your models to your specifications, then slice them in Bambu Lab Studio to obtain this data. Using a detailed Google sheet, we input this information to automatically calculate your custom price based on filament usage (object size) and print time (detail level). We then send you a quote reflecting this price.

  1. File is loaded into Bambu Studio slicing software to calculate filament usage.
  2. Filament cost is regressive (non-linear), with a minimum price of $20.

3. It is linearly priced at a flat rate of $1/hr, which may increase during high demand periods.

4. This cost is added directly to the filament price to reach the final sale price.

Design Complexity

The final cost of a design depends primarily on its complexity and the time required to complete it. Simple designs with clear dimensions typically cost under $20, while more complex projects, such as creating detailed scale models from photos, can cost over $100.
